Audited Privileges

Top Previous Next

Privilege auditing refers to the use of Oracle system privileges such as SELECT ANY TABLE.

If a user can perform an action using owner or object privileges, the action is not audited, even if the action is also permitted through a system privilege.

If both statement and privilege auditing settings refer to the same operation, there is only one record created in the audit trail.

Hora displays the user name (or a blank cell for all users), the statement, and the by session or by access option for both successful and unsuccessful executions of the system privilege action.

The Audit Privilege modal dialog is available from this page to create or delete an occurrence of privilege auditing.
